Techserve receives triple awards for customer care

Having built its reputation on offering outstanding services to customers across the UAE, Techserve’s ability to provide top quality services was recently recognised at the Panasonic Marketing Middle East and Africa’s Regional Conference for Customer Services held in Dubai on 23rd April.

Techserve won the following key awards in the event:

Gold Award in the technical competition for Office Automation category, won by S. Ramanathan, Service Engineer, a top performing employee who has worked for Techserve for eight years and is a specialist in audio video solutions and home automation.
Silver Award in the technical competition for the Home Appliances category won by Thomas Kurian, Home Appliances Services Engineer, one of Techserve’s top performers, who has been with the company for six years.
Gold Award in the Panasonic Star Service Competition, based on the overall performance of Techserve’s service operation as it was judged as Best Service Operation against 13 Panasonic Authorised Service Partners across the MENA region. The major key performance indicators measured were turnaround time, repeat repair ratio, sets waiting for parts, uncollected sets ratio, and follow on calls. The Star Service award also measured and rewarded Techserve’s active involvement at a regional level in Panasonic’s global initiatives on eco activities.

These awards recognise the team’s efforts and commitment towards customer centricity, championed by Rajagopal S, General Manager, Techserve. Rajagopal said: “We are delighted to share this milestone as a validation of our customer centric approach and the technical competence of our team. We assure our customers that Techserve continue to strive to exceed their every expectation in the years to come.”
